Stuff that has occured to me on my various trips across North America and around the world with my jobs at Andersen Consulting and KPMG/BearingPoint Consulting. The days and map are off, because I travel back and forth a whole bunch of times, but that would probably be TOO crazy to even try and map.
A train trip along the historic trans-Siberian route from Paris to Hong Kong. The trip will start in Paris, with stops in Brussels, Moscow, Irkutsk, Ulan Bator (Mongolia), Beijing and finally Hong Kong. The crazy thing... I'm doing it all in two weeks!
Trip to Tanzania in January and February of 2005. The plan is to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, and assuming I am not dead on the other end of that, go on a Safari and hit the beach in Zanibar.
I also have 6 hours to kill in Amsterdam on the way home, so I am hoping I can get out and see a bit of that city.
Cuba in March of 2002.
Varadero, Cuba with day trips into the central valley and to Havana. Hemmingway said, My Mojito in La Bodeguita, My Daiquiri in El Floridita, so I went to both those places and drank. Would LOVE to go back to Havana for a few days!
