Studying Italian, learning to get around in another foreign land... experiencing the food, the fun, the culture of Italy, and many other places, with the help of my friends and hosts, Daniela, Tatsuo and baby Ken.
Going back to Europe to do all those things I didn't have a chance to in previous trips. Rediscovering Spain, Germany, Italy, Switzerland and the UK and visiting many other places for the first time. My goal is to remember my lost Spanish and German skills, as well as pick up some Norwegian and visit and share some good times with long lost friends, classmates, colleagues, former host families and exchange students and THEIR expanding families. There will undoubtedly be some great food, beer and wine, music, art, dance, history, culture, architecture and fashion to enjoy along the way.... bring it on, I say!
