I returned to Laos after 5 months in the UK, I work at the National Rehabilitation centre - not the wheelchair project. I am also a student at the London school of Hygeine and Tropical Medicine, hoping to get a Masters one day - when I grow up!

I arrived back in the UK on the 15th of May -here is what I have been up to while waiting for the next Laos chapter to unfold!

Tales and photos from working in a wheelchair service in Laos. There are photos of clients in the following sections. Everyone was happy to have their photo taken, not sure if that actually means consent to put on the internet but there is no such concept here. I decided to use the photos so people who are interested can see some of the issues that disabled people face here and also appreciate the scope of some of the disability here - much of which is preventable.
