So perhaps vagarious isn't the most fitting adjective, lol, but it was kind of a wandering way in which this adventure came upon me so I'm going with it! I'm heading to Vanuatu to volunteer and I'm happy to share my thoughts with you along the way! I probably won't have much access to the net as I go but you'll definitely hear all about it afterwards! So 2007 has actually kind of flown by already, and so far it's mostly been planning for upcoming trips. I'm not gonna lie, this year is potentially going to be less thrilling than last year's Awesome American Adventure, so I've decided to stray from alliteration and go with basic rhyme since it'll be a bit of a travel grab-bag this year. Plans for this year include NYC, Ireland and France...we'll see!

Man, I really need to start visiting countries that don't start with A, haha, I'm running out of good words! Okay, so since I spent a universe worth of money on my Australian Adventure, lol, the funds are DEFINITELY not really there for huge trips this year. However, that doesn't stop me from being insane and finding ways to get out of real life and travel more! Join me as I hit up the good ol' American south when I visit my favouritest Southern gal, Mrs. Rachelworth (better known as Rachel), and as I possibly venture to New Hampshire and the wilds of Quebec for work. Granted, Quebec is really the opposite of America, but meh, that's where the work will start and end, haha : ) Then I've got a week to find something to do (it's probably going to be Maine, WOOT WOOT) and then it's off to New York City for the GREATNESS of listening to J.K. Rowling, Stephen King and John Irving at a reading at Radio City Music Hall! WOW! I'm so excited, and I think we're even going to throw in a little trip to Broadway to see Chicago...finally!

If it begins with alliteration, you know it's gonna be a good time! I'm heading down under with my great friends Nayha and Puja! We're starting off in Perth and hope to do some serious work and WWOOFing while we're there. For those of you not familiar with WWOOFing, it's basically an awesome program set up to help backpackers meet Australian families by providing room and board in exchange for a mere four hours of work per day. We'll be travelling all across Australia but we have no set itinerary...! I hope to see the whole country so we'll see how far the money takes me!
