This journal is to record our bicycle trip through Bhutan and Sikkim starting October 2, 2011 until mid November, 2011

This blog is to record our five week trip through the south Island of New Zealand in February and March of 2010.

This portion of the BallofDirt journal will be used to record our bicycle trip starting in early May, 2008, in Copenhagen, Denmark through Norway, Finland and ending in Stockholm Sweden in early July, 2008.

With apologies to Dusty Springfield, (and Burt Bacharach, of course), years of "wishin' and hopin' and dreamin' and (lately) plannin'" got off to a fine start on Sunday, July 31 at 8:17 in the morning (for the trivia buffs). Wendy and I left our Edmonton home to start the grand cycling adventure.

This portion of the BallofDirt diary is designed to record our travels by bicycle from Istanbul to London starting in early April and ending in mid August, 2006.

This portion of BallofDirt will be used to record the cycling we hope to accomplish while in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Viet Nam.

This will be used to store the journals for our short visit to Malaysia and Borneo
