South America 2007

Hola! Me (Suthan/Cheweee) and mi amigo Tony (Javier) are gonna bop around South America hoping to visit 7 countries in 70 days during our elective. As we have recently BOTH passed our medical school finals and are virtually Doctors now, we are hopefully gonna have one hell of an adventure! So why South America? For a number of reasons. Firstly I wanted to go somewhere I would never get a chance to go! I've been to most places but this is one place I know I will never visit properly once I am working! Another reason is 'The Motorcycle Diaries'. It's a film following a 23 yr old medical student (like myself) who travels South America with his older biochemist friend (like Tony). After seeing the beauty of South America on the screen I was inspired to travel this continent. We will be hopefully travelling from Peru to Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, finishing in Brazil! (Oh and another reason for going is that Tony is spanish and that kind of solves the language problem, til we get to Brazil!) Will try our best to put stuff up! Hope you all get jealous! Enjoy!
