May Day holiday in Firenze

Woke up to the tune of Ave Maria from the church bells, as usual every morning, lol Wanted to catch up with the 'things to do list', but as it's a public holiday the stores are closed. Took a walk to where my school is and timed it, about half an hour. I will walk along the Arno every morning and not go through the city, too crazy!!!

Everyone we meet tells us over and over, Croatia is beautiful!!! Even Leandro's Zia who I don't think has never ventured out of Italia, lol So, I'll be extremely dissapointed if it's not what everyone says it is. Unfortunately just had the worst pasta in my life for lunch. Well, you get the good and the bad. But did get the best view of the city which 'Su-Hwei' would have loved, hehe Keep updated for pix!

Leandro did add pix yesterday which have been taken so far throughout our journey, so be sure to check those too.
