Meeting Elisabetta

This morning we met Elisabetta, Concetta's daughter who flew in from Roma last night. She took us to the town of Asolo for a look-see. Quite a small town, but quite beautiful, perched a top a mountain. Ate some more dolce (dessert) before arriving back at Bassano del Grappa to buy our tickets for our trip to Firenze domani. Was also chased around the car by a bee! These Italian bugs are trying to kill me!!!

This afternoon we took a drive to Possagno, yet another cute little town, with Serena and baby Gabriel. I much prefer the small towns in Italia, as the bigger places like Roma and Venezia are just crazy with tourists (not nice tourists like Leandro and I!) haha We caught up with Serena's crazy friend Frederica who lived in Australia for a year. We're really missing fish and chips now!hahaha

Leandro has also become quite clucky with his fourth cousin Gabriel. He's even been feeding him with the bottle. How bizarre!!! Looking forward to becoming a zio (uncle) I think, hehe Wait for the photos!

Also, before I forget...Dolores, congrats on ur newborn baby boy. If she doesn't get this message, please pass it on for me work people!
