Arrival at the Plati's!!!

Got to Concetta's (Leandro's second cousin) in the morning. The food then started at lunch time, hehe The famiglia also started arriving too. Franco and his son James (who's mother is English), Peter and his son Giacopo, Davide, Diego and his wife Serena and their newborn Gabriel. Funny to see that so many of the Italians we have come across so far are blonde with blue eyes, lol

Diego and Serena then took us to Marostica. Marostica is famous for a life size chess board in the town centre where every four years they dress up as the chess board pieces. ie. real horses, people dress as kings and queens, very cool.
