hola!

what a weekend! i arrived from cordoba after a luxurious trip by bus. they served dinner and breakfast like on a plane, the movie was "collateral" with tom cruise, not bad!

on sunday i met tobi and julia for the fourth time of my trip, together we went to a soccergame of the boca juniors. i am not a big fan of soccer and have no clue about the whole thing but i was impressed by the atmosphere (hearing 50.000 people scream "PUTO" at the same time is quiet strong!).

on monday my girlfriend marlene finally arrived in buenos aires! she came here to see the penguins, not me. now the problem is, that everyone is telling us that there are no penguins to be seen around this time of year, so she is a bit frustrated. what we saw today were cows. it made me a bit mad because i have a cow allergy for the last six years and now they are haunting me even here! plastic cows.

anyway, we will leave buenos aires on thursday by plane to ushuaia on tierra del fuego. there we will find a penguin, whatever it may cost. we are equipped with all the cool stuff you need for difficult expeditions like this, there is no doubt, that we will prove that there are penguins here. we hope.
