Stinky Place

Rotorua is the place that stinks - apparantly that is what Rotorua means in Maurilanguage. There are a lot of hot springs and vulcanic areas around so thats why. We did one of these Maurievenings to get a bit of an idea about their cultur and that was very interesting but very touristy too....

Rotorua is the Ort der stinkt - genau das heisst Rotorua naemlich auch auf Mauri. Es gibt hier viele heisse Quellen und vulkanischens Vorkommen darum auch der Gestank. Wir haben einen Mauriabend besucht um ein bischen was von ihrer Kultur zu erfahren - das war wirklich sehr nett und informativ nur leider auch sehr touristisch....
