Well what is there to do in the Cameron Highlands (unless trekking which is not so much fun when it is raining a lot and the ways are mud pathes) go visite  a teaplantation, pluck your own strawberry and visite a bee or butterfly farm. The Cameron Highlands are the area in Malaysia where they have the most farming land - so I was hoping for some fresh vegetables and fruits... the teaplantation well more the walk to the teaplantation was really nice. But the straberry place - way to expensive and no way of picking your own strawberries - dissappointing just like  the bee- and the butterfly farm. But  unless that and the fact that this place is a huge tourist attraction- it was good to see some mountains again!!!

Also was tun in den Cameron Highlands? (Abgesehen vom Wandern weil das einfach nicht wirklich Spass macht wenn es dauernd regnet und die Wege nur mehr aus Gatsch bestehen.) Man kann Teeplantagen besuchen, sich die Erdbeeren im Erdbeerland selber pfluecken eine Bienen oder Schmetterlingsfarm besuchen.... Die Cameron Highlands sind das Hauptanbaugebiet fuer Gemuese und Obst in Malaysien - drum hab ich auf billiges frisches Gemuese gehofft. ... naja die Teeplantagen waren nett - vor allem der Spaziergang durch die Teefelder. Aber das Erdbeerland und die Bienen und Schmetterlinge waren eher enttaeuschend und ueberteuert genau wie das frische Gemuese - es ist einfach eine Riesen Turistenfalle hier - es war aber trotzdem schoen mal wieder in den Bergen zu sein!
