Took a bus from Peshawar to Chitral, but got stuck because a truck broke down in the middle of a glacier crossing.  We were stuck for 3 hours.  The road I was on wasn't great, but a glacier ran right across the road, so they just cut through the glacier and try to drive right through.  One of the problems was that under most reseeding glaciers is a small river of melted ice and that's what everyone drives through, so when the truck broke down in the middle of the that river there was a big problem.  Everyone just got out and started banging and scraping the sides of the glacier wall so that cars and trucks could drive around the stuck truck.  It was great, guess you had to be there.
