Full Iternary in Toronto

Day 1 - Wed nite..went off to the conference. Took the late flight to save on money..somehow I survived being so tired. by the time..was around 7am and didn't know how to get to the airport. luckly, went back to Station 3 and a bus was waiting to the Double Tree Hotel! yah..met this guy..and forgot his name but pretty much hanged out with him the whole time. yah..kinda nice to have someone you know. also smooch on the food I paid for. so expensive..obviously. then..some guy actually helped us figure how we can ride the bus to the subway..wow. only $2.50 from the airport! that is great!! =) Finally got a hold of Julie and it was all good from there...time to settle and met up with Sam..long day tomorrow in Guelph and Heritage Homes.

Day 2 - Sam cam like 7am..went to the rental car place. I was a bit nervous since I haven't driven on the highway for a long time. err..401 kinda big and scary with all the trucks But I manage to learn how to merge..though I was screaming at time. Thankfully there was someone to go with me. I would have not survived! The interviews went pretty well..and nice. I got some info that I did not really expect..but at least it was worth while. Finally when the trip was over..I was so relived! Celebrated by going to a Mexican restaurant..woo hoo! It was well worth it!! =) After, went back to Julie's and watched the Fugitive..I can't believe i watched this movie so many times and can't remember exactly..weekend tomorrow! time to rest!!

Day 3 - Woke up pretty early on the Sat. went to coffee and walked around with Julie. saw more stuff like the distillery distcit, front street, hockey hall of fame, union station, St. Lawrence market..some parts are quite impressive. I kinda like just looking around..and back on King St. and Richmond. Learned you can see free movies at the National Film Board!! =) and chapters..very typical. At night, went out to see Joyce. yah! what a light show! long and impressive! got some videos...then went to Chinatown. Of course, it was Chinese New Year..and was very busy!! Finally found a place where we did not have to wait. Then went to an Italian Coffee Shop...yummy tobogo..icecream inside another. And the tierimisu looks so good..glad we were together. and catch up on things..I will miss these special moments. oh yeah..Jack Layton was sitting behind me!!! I did not know till I got up!!!!

Day 4 - there are acutally a lot churches around so went to one nice one. near King St. on Balthurst St. after..decided to walk around..though it was a very miserable day. rainy the whole time and my socks got all wet. Watch 2 films at the Natioanl Film Board. Then it was the Chinese Traditoanl Bun. Jess is impressive! Makes me want to live in China for a few years and learn Mandarin. or somewhere...I wonder if I should since I am so faint at heart. and will miss him so much. depends I guess.

Day 5 - Toronto and Hamilton. more interviews...not much. want to leave the next day. so ate with Julie at home then saw Munich. really good movie with a hot guy! =) hot ppl don't die....

Next day..back to the airport. already. I can't believe it but it was a good trip..both school and fun wise. last time..couldn't spend so much time..but this time was good. I should remember more next time..err.. had some ppl I forgot to ask.
