Noah and I spent most of our time on cat ba island (this is what the journal should really read for place) watching amreican movies on teh only english languge station that we got on our tv. Ha long bay was gorgeous and eiree because of the fog, but boring except for monkey island, which is actually a place with a bunch of monkeys. not too much to say except that I would recomend that anyone interested in going to ha long should go in the early summer months and should book the tour from hanoi
