When the going gets tough

... the tough go to Buzios.

On Thursday night we arrived in Rio and Friday morning we travelled to the weekend playground of the Cariocas (people from Rio). We were looked after by two Brazilian dentists, one, Tinoco, a former professional beach volleyball player and member of Atletas de Cristo. It was a beautiful, relaxing place except that Tinoco kept dragging us out of bed to swim across the bay, kayak around the headlands or go for walks to look at the cacti.
