Well today was the first day EVER that I tried Snow Blading and it was my best days skiing ever.

I strongly advise people to do it. Courchevel 1650 is a good time with your typical ski-bum party atmosphere.

Didn't actually get onto the mountain until this afternoon... had to have a bit of a rest this morning after the strenuous journey from England. We flew with Air2000 and it was an 'amusing' experience. The plane landed on one wheel and then listed to the other side.. one of the more technically tricky landings (if it was intentional) I have experienced.

It then took the ground staff a further hour to locate the planes luggage and to distroy some poor 8 year olds bag... which resulted in her crying for the first hour and a half of the three hour coach journey from Lyon to Courcehevel 1650.

However, that aside, the weather is good, the snow is crap but then again I am used to that having skied in New Zealand for the past few years :-)
