Flat, Car, Surfing, all at once

So I'm getting a bunch of stuff thrown at me all at once, it's kinda cool, bus stressfull as well.  i looked at a car yesterday, it's a 1985 Subaru Leone.  It o nly has 175,000 km on it, which is really low, compared to the others i was looking at.  He had $650 on it, but I got him down to $450!!  the battery was dead, so we had to jump it, but after it started running, it was a pretty sweet ride.  Everythings power, and the whole dash is digital.  I'm seriously looking into, just b/c it's so cheap; even if it falls apart, it's not too much of a loss. I'm frickin paid that much for my stupid Kiwi Experience bus pass!  But we'll see, I'm still looking into all the hidden costs: third party insurance, mechanics inspection, registration, Warrant of Fitness, all that stuff.

I also most likely have a place, I think I wrote about it in the last entry, but i can never remember what I wrote, and there's not enough to go back and check.  So, anyway, it's living with a guy on the bottom floor, then the landlord lady will live on the top floor, running her interiour design business.  Hopefully Manuel and I can both get our own room, but we might share a room for a short while, until the guy's son leaves for the summer.  And best of all, it's write next to the beach!  Like, walk across the road, and there's a sweet surfing beach.  The supermarket, is only about a 5 minutes walk, and downtown the Mount is a 5 minute drive, so it's still pretty close. 

I've been working lots, almost too much I think, at least the past few days, it seems like I never have time to do anything fun, b/c I'm always busy looking at flats or cars and such. Although today and yesterday I went surfing!  I borrowed a suit from a guy at the hostel, he actually went to Auckland last night to see a concert : the Presidents of the United States, kinda random.  Anyway, surfings awesome!  I'll defineitly get a board, and i'm hooked already, not too good yet, but getting up when I catch the right wave
