Ancient Cities

Our second day in Mandalay was spent wandering around ancient cities and monasteries. A plesant day wandering around but nothing spectacular. The high-light was the U Bein teak bridge. Its a 1.2 km long foot bridge across a lake and has been standing for 2 centures. The spot is particularly known for its beautiful sunsets over the lake. And it did not disappoint.
