Ayers Rock

Had a good drive across from Alice with a quick stop on the way to go for a barefoot wander through the Desert(for about 1k) and then around a salt lake and then spent the afternoon wandering around Ayers Rock and the Olgas. Both of them were absolutely amazing. They really have to be seen to be appreciated, both for the sheer size and the beauty. Checked in to the campsite at Yulara and then back out to watch the sunset over Ayers Rock with a Bundy and Coke, what a great way to relax after a long hard day of walking through the desert.
