Beautiful Belbidi

Revisited by my old friend, the runs. Tummy pains reappeared , so wasn't too bright on the bus - slept a while at the backon top of the bags and sleeping mats!

Winding roads through the Taurus Mountains and then emerged at the Mediterranean at Side. Roman ruins, an amphitheatre and the beach, where we had a swim.

After a few hours enjoying the beach, went on to Aspendos to see the beautifully preserved (and restored) Roman amphitheatre.

Next stop Antalya for some dinner shopping. Another town, another toilet. Got to the point where toilet paper is irrelevant - as long as there is water, Turkish style. Bum dries quickly in this heat.

Campsite at Belbidi (near Kemer). Rugged mountains in the background, and a calm, crystal clear, warm Med at the front, with a beach of sand and then pebbles.

After tent pitching, P and I had a lovely swim, absolutely glorious.
