No more seafood please!!!!!

As we had forgotten to set an alarm the previous night, we were woken by a phone call from recpetion at 7.30am saying that our tur group was waiting for us downstairs....shit!  Obviously, we missed breakfast (apparently a fry up, gutted) and got dressed and packed in ten minutes, which is incidentally a record for Alex and Slackroyd.  We then caught a boat to another cave, where no-one got off, but just slept instead as we were all pretty shockingly hung over.  I actually managed to lose the football on this boat as well which was soul destroying.  I have no idea how long we stayed on the boat for as i was comatosed for the duration, but after a while we arrived back at Halong city and were transferred to yet another seafood restaurant (I could murder a KFC).

I was delighted to see they had tomato juice on the menu, only to discover it was the worst tomato juice in the world and i would have rather have drunk a whole bottle of snake whiskey than drink more than one mouthful.  Brooke was annoying me quite a bit, so I made it my mission over dinner to make her feel as ill as possible, mainly by eating as much whole baby octopus as i could, regurgitating it and having tentacles poking ut of my mouth all the while.  It did the trick. 

After unch we got back on the bus or a three hour trip back to Hanoi, trying to sleep all the while, but to no avail as the road was so bumpy (now I could sympathise with Al and Ack on the way here).

Finally about 4.30pm we arrived back at our hostel and they had kept our room for us.  They are so helpful and never forget anyones name.  If anyone reading this ever goes to Hanoi, go and stay at the Little Hanoi Hotel on Hang Ga street, they are wicked.

For dinner we ate a massive greasy cheeseburger....it was so good to get away from seafood....and then went back to the htel, watched shite tv (Charlotte Church film) and hit the hay pretty early.
