Old town and lots more rain im afraid!

Got into Riga (Latvia) at midday after an early bus from Lithuania, and we were welcomed by rain, and lots of it.  Previously, we had been pretty lucky with the weather, but it looks as though the next few days are going to be pretty wet.  We havent actually left the hostel today as it is that miserable!!  Hopefully i will have some interesting stories to tell tomorrow.

Day 2:

Well, the weather cleared up in the morning annd we had time to do a quick tour of the main sites in the old town before our midday bus to Tallinn departed.  Riga seemedto be quite a nice town, although i was a little dissapointed with it after Vilnius and the fact that people had told me that it was a beautiful town!!  Stopped in a nice little cafe and had about 4 pastries for breakfast which was nice, then it was off to the bus station to catch our 6 hour bus to Estonia, which i am quite looking forward to......considerig it had just started raining again 30 minutes before our bus.
