It's really quite difficult to believe that my trip is coming to an end.  I had a great day yesterday just hanging out with Tara, Claire, Ronan and some other people from our tour who were kickin' around our hostel.  We listened to some seriously awful music at our hostel's bar before watching a bit of Alias and headin' to bed.  I flew out this morning and knew it wasn't going to be a super great day when I paid freaking $3.00 for a small bottle of apple juice, lol.  Stupid over priced Australia!!!  Anyhoo it turns out we had to stop in Kalgoorie (which apparently ALSO isn't on Ball of Dirt's map system) for refueling because the winds were too strong, which of course also meant a little bit of turbulence.  I wasn't super perturbed until the stupid Quantas flight attendants didn't wake me for breakfast what the feck!!!  I was STARVING, lol, and was seriously only closing my eyes to curb the hunger!!! Bah!  Anyway whatever, lol, we got into Perth and it was still a nice day.

I tried to get my ticket changed but of course, as usual, got sent to ten different wrong places.  BAH!  Anyway I've booked a tour of Rottnest Island tomorrow which I really hope goes through (aka enough people sign up for it lol).  Other than that I am definitely just chillin' here in Perth for my last few days because honestly I am TIRED!!!!  I'm not really thrilled about my hundred upcoming hours on a plane either, lol, so I have to admit I'm tempted to stretch out as much as I can.  Plus for some reason I got upgraded to a single room with an ensuite bathroom (it's a cruddy room but hey!  no dorm room!!!) so I am loving the chance to just unwind!  So now I'm off to buy some groceries and have a nice night at home.  Woo for TV and a night in!!  :)  By the next time I update I'll probably be home -- it's really kind of difficult to imagine it having gone so fast and yet having had SSOOOOOO much happen in the meantime.  It's hard to believe how far I've travelled in just three months!  Yikes!  But I'm definitely looking forward to being home and seeing all of your pretty faces again :)
