The best thing I've seen in Australia

Text written in: English

So I'm putting both the Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge under the town of Port Campbell because there doesn't seem to be a location for either of them otherwise.  But it's important to note that neither is actually in Port Campbell, lol, they're both along the Ocean Road before Port Campbell.  Just so you know!

So!  With a heading like that, how to impress upon you how brilliant the Loch Ard gorge was?  I have no idea!  All I know is that it was almost a miss, since it was getting dark and we'd all forgotten to go.  Anyway, in a stroke of genius Nayha's uncle reminded us and we decided to go - thank GOODNESS we went!!  The sun was setting and it was just absolutely stunning - the gorge was like something out of "The Beach" with Leo DiCaprio.  When I first descended the stairs into the gorge (which, by the way, I was seriously impressed that people could even be allowed to do!) I was a bit creeped out, heh!  Like I said, it was getting quite dark by this point and there was literally not another soul to be seen.  I ventured into a little cave area with staglicites or whatever they're called - brilliant but absolutely TERRIFYING, haha, it was so creepy!  Beautiful!  Then I ventured over to the beach area with Nayha - amazing to know that at that spot two shipwreck survivors had been washed ashore.  What a hauntingly beautiful spot!  The rock reminded me of Wonderland, lol, it looked almost fake as a result!  Anyway seriously - I cannot impress upon you enough how just amazing the waters were.

Then we ventured into another cave area where I nearly wet my pants from fear, haha, it was SO dark and creepy!  Very "Lost"-esque!  I really hope my pictures capture the moment as I felt it because it was just the most incredible place.  Especially being there all alone as it got dark!  Then we ran away, haha, because it was getting so spooky.  :)

But seriously, have I said this enough yet?!  This was, by far, the most amazing thing I've seen in Australia!  GORGEOUS!
