Canberra - Parliament

After c. a three hour drive and much deliberation, we decide to stop in Canberra as it would be my onlyu chance to before i left. Wanted desperatley to see the capital, although follishly didnt get a welcome to ACT pic! never mind

Spent about 1 1/2hrs in Canberra, looking around Old Parliament, and managing to sit in on new parliament. This proved to be very iunteresting, as rather than some dull domestic being discussed, it was the very hot debate over the Australian in Singapore. Could have happily sat and listened to the debate all day, but sadly, with our limited time frame, it was soon time to move on.
