almost like being back home

we actually wanted to fly from kathmandu to hong kong but then we found out that the detour via bangkok and singapore isn't more expensive at all so we decided to have a look at these cities too.
after arriving in bangkok is was time to eat some real great thai food another cheeseburger and some sushi. then and we had to send all the things that we bought in nepal and tibet (including all the warm closthes) back home (the parcel was 9kg). its currently rainy season in thailand and the kao san road area is very quiet as there are not too many tourists around.
