Hello Mel & her new Hubbie!

Text written in: English

Ok so Devonport has been explored, next suburb- Parnell (yes it was a reluctant journey)

Here is where the Auckland War Memorial Museum is and it is definately the best we have ever been to. We went to a fabulous Maori performance complete with the Haka and Poi dances which I got dragged up on stage to do! Then we did the Maori exhibition and upstairs to a hands on exhibition 'weird & wonderful' After he had been through the exhibition twice he had to be dragged away to do the rest of the museums! It was all fantastic!

Back to our B&B in Devonport for a shower and change then into Auckland centre to meet Mel. She got married in May so was just back from her honeymoon and looking great. It was nice to meet her husband - how grown up does she sound! A pizza and a catch up, it was really cool to go out for an evening and meet up with a friendly face.
