Wow we are here again and we have our own flat now

Text written in: English

Monday lunch time and finally we had made it all the way back to where we started and my god we were so shocked we had actually done it. So guess what we did- went straight to a mechanic, we just can't keep away!!!! HA HA, no seriously we had to get a pink slip mechanical safety check on Stimpy so we could sell him. We stood there with fingers crossed and he failed- the rear drivers side break light was out- so we fixed that and got our pink slip Yipee!! Kings Cross Car Market here we come!!!
We took Stimpy to the Backpackers Car Market, which is just level 2 of an underground multi storey car park where you have to sit and wait in the dark fumey dungeon until some one buys your car. It is not pretty but there are loads of other backpackers there so the atmosphere is cool. So now Stimpy was all tidy and shiny to be sold we were homeless- not for long. We found that Hostels are gonna be quite pricey for two weeks so we found an advert for an apartment and called the guy. The landlord Tony a Brit, came to meet us and showed us a small but clean apartment right near the car market and we moved in 2hrs later!!
How cool, we now have a kitchen, TV, DVD player, double bed and best of all a wardrobe so we can finally hang our clothes (luxury). So we celebrated with a bottle of wine and a DVD!! Oh yeah and we have our own 2 hookers on our doorstep!! Sorry did I forget to mention that not only is Kings Cross Backpacker central but it is also the red light district. Don't Worry - we are perfectly safe our block has good security and the police station is just round the corner and watching out of our window is better than any soap opera, this place never sleeps!
Well Tuesday was our first day in the car market and we met some great people but all others sellers, buyers were a bit few and far between and it just got worse as the week went on. Friday night we came home so depressed and seriously pale from all the sunshine we were missing. BUT today- Saturday was our lucky day, there were loads of buyers and we had got a better parking space and by 1pm we were buying the beer after the first to test drive fell in love with Stimpy and bought him. A Sad moment. We were sad to say goodbye but couldn't hack much more of the car market and we made more than we bought him for so were happy!!!!
Tonight all our car market friends came round for a celebratory house party ( one couple actually moved into the flat downstairs!!) and then off to the pub for the rest of the night, which reminds me - I had better get back there!!
So tomorrow we can explore Sydney- Opera House here we come. Well sorry its such a long email but so much to say!!

My mother always told me not to hang around in car parks i now know why !!! You have to Dress the house to sell it There were so many cars & vans here we felt like we had no chance This was the busiest day we had ! Which was good cause it meant BYE BYE Stimpy And that only meant one thing a party (a house warming and a car selling party) A bottle of baileys later and the real bloke still comes out Oh no look what we forgot to give them oh well never mind And this is the kitchen ok so you can't see it but its nice Not to far from home This is our water feature its ok but it sends our water bill through the roof This was the out side of our flat normally with 7 hookers What a view
