..."Thats it. Thats all. Thats everything.". I'm back my freinds and once I have recovered I'll be getting in touch.  I arrived home today and have finally experienced the bizarre time travel effect of flying West to East across the Pacific. Effectively Sunday was a 31 hour day for me - very strange.

Anyway having just arrived home I am a bit stunned and haven't really figured out what to make of being home quite yet. In termns of my impressions of travelling, well thats going to take me a while to figure out

I guess all that remains to be said is thanks  and hopefully those of you who read this enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed reading it. For now I must content myself with going back to work and dreaming dreams of the next adventure - man normality sucks.

I'll leave you with some words that have insprired me over the past 9 months and have helped me through some of the darker and lonlier moments I experienced on my way around the world -
