Arrival In Chaing Mai

Arrived in Chaing Mai after long bus journey (suposedly 5 hours - more like 7!!). Found guesthouse which has hot water! but at 300B per night so slightl more expensive than usual.

Booked up to do a thai cookery course tomorrow so not too sure what to expect - how can one improve upon perfection? I am already a masterchef!

Spent the rest of the day wandering around Chaing Mai, which again is much more westernised than we both would have imagined.
