Vince: Belgium, chef-cook on Monday, surfer, one of my friends.

Paul: English, chef-cook of restaurant, trains everyday for triathlons and Iron Man.

Gallo: Ecuadorian, assistant of chef-cook, speaks only spanish, funny small guy.

Marcos: Spanish, washing up, I met him 2 years ago on holiday and run into him again 2 weeks ago, he arranged the job for me, surfer, he has 2 dogs at home and brings them all the left overs (meat).

Gonzalo: the owner of the restaurant, Spanish (Madrid), surfer.

Isabella: German, lives on Lanza since 2 months, I learn the waitress skills from her.

Isabel: Cuban, cleaning lady, very funny and enthusiastic.
