Visiting Carson

I finally saw that little bundle of joy that is my nephew. He's still in ICU, but even a month early you can tell this guy's going to be a heartbreaker. He's already got huge hands and feet and his face is so perfectly proportioned. I don't know if they got the right baby, but we won't tell Kevin and Sarah. It was good to see my brother-in-law and sister again, and their two cats and psycho dog. In all fairness the dog has made huge progress from his puppy classes, but I have never seen a dog with so much energy. Everytime I looked at him I thought he was going to explode in his excitement..."here's my ball, let's play fetch, okay, here's the ball again, yeah, you threw it far, but I am wonder dog and I run at the speed of lightning...yeah, yeah, throw it, come on, this is so entertaining...I need Ritalin, go, go, go..."
After Carson's 3rd successful surgery on Monday my mom, who had been there and I headed back to La Crosse.
