We delayed our trip to Ecuador a day so John could watch Liverpool win the Champions League Final. Hooray! We also saw Peru's only mangrove swamp from the nearby fishing port Puerto Pizarro with its masses of pelicans. We had lunch on the Island of Love (ahhh).
