We're dreaming of a white Christmas.......

We're dreaming of a white Christmas, just like the ones we used to know, where treetops glisten, and children listen, to hear sleigh bells in the snow....

Well ALMOST! No sleigh bells in the snow, but it snowed on Christmas day!!! Quite a classic, considering it didn't snow in Chester any other day over the festive season except on the big day itself! Having awoken to piles of presents stacked at the foot of the bed (not really a surprise but hey!) we unwrapped to our hearts delight, before we headed upstairs to see what under the tree had in-store. We made our way through the box of pressies sent from back home, as we emerged hours later, we were better clothed, fed and entertained than ever before. Adam, Jen, Joyce and Adam's mum's friend Mary spent the day relaxing, eating, drinking, drinking, drinking oh and being festive and sociable. After a few games of Pictionary and newly received Trivial Pursuit, we noticed the snow fall and the night fly past!

Christmas isn't about receiving.....or is it?!?! Snow, snow, snow!! Hiding, during the snow fight! A touch of class (KIWI)! The last thing you want to be doing after a hard night! Joyce with presents we bought her (and Mary)... The cats had a bit too much drink as well! Cheers!
