Working nine to five (both of us)

The time has come! No more Dr Phil and Neighbours. No more sleeping in till noon, lazing in the bath and then strolling around the city shopping. Obviously Adam is overjoyed with that, but Jen will take a little bit more convincing!

To be honest, we are both loving what we are doing. Adam started a new contract at the end of October, working for the Home Office in IT Support, still based in Crewe. In fact based in the same building but 12 floors up in secret squirrel offices! Jen is working for the NHS in Chester, luckily only a 5 minute drive away. She has an awesome team and is loving working again, albeit in IT again (some people just can't get enough of her!)

We have got the next few months planned. We are off to Cardiff next weekend, to watch the All Blacks play Wales (thanks bros and sis' for the tickets) and are taking a day or two off to make the most of the weekend away. Xmas is then not far away and we will be doing a local dinner before heading down south to see the New Year in.

Other than that, we are both loving playing sport again and fitting into the English way of life....
