Inadvertant stopover

With only 4 days planned in Miami Beach, I definitely was not happy to be stuck at Washington/Dulles for the night - effectively cutting short one fourth of my trip... but, thunderstorms and lightning made it a necessity.  Ended up staying at the Hilton Dulles hotel in a nice room for about $75, but would have rather have had 25% of my vacation back! Grrr....

Beds were nice Flat screen TV with about three channels that weren't pay-per-view Chairs I didn't use Huge bathroom was a plus Huge walk-in shower was a BIG plus. Took two, long showers in the 12 hours I was there. The extra-large bottles of Oregon microbrew I had to surrender at security the next day... were meant to be gifts for Alessandro - instead they got thrown away. What a waste! Next day, thunderstorms all gone!
