The Sky Is Falling Down!

We had a wee wander round the city, which looks very new and clean, first impressions are all good!! Then it was off to the cinema to see Angels & Demons and then to Pizza HUt for dinner. Afterwards it was back to the hotel where I spotted a damp patch on the ceiling but it was time for an early night around half 9, which was just as well for what was about to happen!!!!....

Around 4:30am I awoke when Mum shouted "Oh there's water" I just presumed she was sleep talking but then she was up and walking about and I heard drip drip drip, Yep water pretty much free flowing through the ceiling in the room between the beds! So Mum called down to reception and the night porter came up, however just before this an alarm started in the room next door to us! We started packing up all our belongings and the night porter moved us to another bedroom, which was a double, so it was back out and down to reception and the guy moved us to yet another room, so by this point we were near enough wide awake!! New room this time which seemed alright..so far! We managed to get another hour or so sleep before we needed to get up for the trip to Skye.
