Christmas Eve

In the morninng I booked a trip to go rafting dowwn one of the rivers coming down from the mountains, about 2 hours away from Kuta. This was good fun with pretty much none stop rapids for the 16kms or so we traveled, one of which was down a weir about a 6 meter drop at a slight angle which was good. The water was very clear and cold in comparsion to when I was in Thailand which was muddy and warm.

In the evening I met up with some locals who I met the day before for some drinks on the beach, after which we headed off to a club near by to see in Xmas day.
