Leaving London

It was a 7:30pm at the airport sort of a do.  So the day was open to do things like pack, clean and pack.  Had a lovely dinner at the local Indian before I left.  Then a quick trip to the airport to wisk away to asia, east asia.

The flight was uneventful. 

Have gotten over jetlag in only half a day.  Woke at 6:30am and have started work.  Looked at the ski reports and seems the best thing to do might be to get down to Taupo for a bit of a look see.

Did I mention that its very cold here?  Anyone would think its the middle of winter.  Never to mind, I have a tan.
