Windsor Castle

We finally got our Advantage cards today as Windsor residents (we are now officially Posh) so we went straight up to the castle to get in for free. It's weird, we've been walking around in for days but it was totally new to go inside! Unfortunately, being Saturday the place was packed with tourists, there was an enormous queue to get into the state rooms and the Queen was at home so they might not have all been open anyway. The other problem was that St Georges Chapel was closed for a wedding (how brilliant to be married in a castle!) so we really didn't get to see much at all, just walked around the areas in the wards and terraces we had access to. But we have free entry now so we will go back one morning to see the other things.
