Off on a cruise for lunch

Today we have finally got over our jet lag. Yesterday (sunday) we had a dinner party at my cousin Jacqui's place. Some friends came over and we played a spot of tennis.

It was good to get the old body back on the court. I think I now have a hernia. I think I am getting a bit too old for this exercise lark.

I ran into my x-girlfriend (from London) in the immigration queue in New Zealand. Very surreal. She seems to have gotten over the break up. (or was it me that had the problem.. argh, its soo long ago now I can't quite remember).

Before heading down to Taupo for a Naming Ceremony for my mates daughter (Im 'a' god father) we went over to Mud Brick for a spot of lunch. You have to get on a ferry for 40 minutes out of downtown Auckland and got out to an island. It is very beautiful.
