Relaxing In Foz do Iguaçu Today

We´re here and it´s gorgeous outside.  Looks like we´re in for a lot of hot sun!

Yesterdays flight was only two hours from Rio, but boy was I in pain as we decended into Iguaçu.  I couldn´t equalize due to my cold and the Sudafed I had taken just didn´t do the trick.  OUCH - I was starting to think my head was going to explode.

Anyway, it was 8 pm when we got to the hotel and the sun was still shining.  Our hotel is a four star called Bella Italia (and yes, we had a buffet Italian feast for dinner last night).  The hotel is nice and we´re comfortable and I´m just trying to take it easy and rest up for the next few action-packed days.

Tomorrow we´ll see the falls from the Brazil side and then we´ll cross the border and see them from Argentina the day after tomorrow.

That´s the report for now.  Back to the pool we go!
