We have 70 !! people who have accepted our Friday and Saturday workshop invitation - and Massouneh my boss hadn't done anything in preparation for it, so I'm writing the whole workshop - for tomorrow - right now.   The workshop is how to implement some project management techniques into some hospitals as they have been given loads of HIV&AIDS money and they don't know how to manage the money. 

Its complete mess, Massouneh my boss is a nice guy but i don't know how effective he'll be - he said half way through todays meeting (me him and another guy Patrick - we are the team going up to meet these people) 'ah we need some music', put on some Nigerian funky tunes and started dancing around the office, it was up way too loud so we couldn't discuss anymore. 

They are definitely a happy people but not very realistic!  Everything I suggested they thought was fantastic and went with, there was no debate about it, which is so weird feeling when they seem so confident and are so massive about 4 times my size in every direction.

Its all new and strange here still.  People are smiley and dance all the time (- even the traffic warden was dancing whilst she directed the traffic yesterday!!) but I don't feel like i understand it or feel comfortable yet, hopefully it won't take too long for that to come.
