Wilmington/Carolina Beach (with PHOTOS so far)

Managed to get ahead of schedule. Big Red the Gypsy caravan is managing to travel better than expected. Apart from the occaisional strange sound from the undercarriage I think the truck is gonna go OK.

 

As I said we were ahead of schedule so we managed to make it to the beach in time to camp last night. It's a little hard to arrive and set up the camp after seven. Cookinng in the dark and getting a tent set up withought light is a bit of a drag. So now that today is here we are thinking of moving campgrounds and getting a better situation. Our camp is in the state park and therefore after 10pm the gates are locked. Not conducive to hitting the nightlife.

 

Probably cruising down the coast to Myrtle Beach SC this weekend.
