Crossing the border to Cameroon took a bit long time because few checkpoints in Nigerian side needed to write down all the details of passengers. In the border, we were warned about the road conditions in Cameroon side, we have to face the muddy and bumping road immediately after into the country.
First night we bush camp in a 'roadside', made a campfire and cooked our dinner, fun! The second day, well, for the whole day we only moved about 20km. Our heavy MAN truck stuck in mud, we spent more almost 7 hours to pull it out. Tiring! The third day in Cameroon, we were doing fine but just waited few hours for other local trucks to get out of the mud to gave way to us. After that area, the road became normal -- 'perfect' in Cameroon standard!
