According to the 'major' of a golf course that we stayed, we took another road to Abuja, relatively safe and more scenery. Afternoon, We arrived a small town called Owo. We went to the police station to ask their chef for recommendation for accommodation. He suggested us to stay in a best hotel in town, expensive though. We got one double room for two person and the others camping in the car park. It was fun to stay in a car park.
Same as the first day, on the way there were lots of checkpoints again. The interesting thing was all the armed checkpoint were very easy to pass. But some checkpoints with normal dress officer sometime more hassle. Of course, they were like to ask for 'gift'. Today, I gave half beg of my instant noodle to one of them, I paid bribe..., with my lunch!
