Almost everyone I met before mentioned that Bucharest is a boring city, nothing to do, one day is more than enough. Romanian people are not so nice, etc...... 

However, I found that Bucharest was not that bad, the people were nice though. Sometimes it is easy to find that out, especially when I carrying my big backpack got into a packed metro or bus. May be some other people won't agree with me, in my first day in Romania, I felt the people here are friendlier than Bulgarian.
