KKH- Rakaposhi Base Camp

The trail to Rakaposhi Base Camp from Minapin is all up hill, but not difficult. Actually it was a easy hike. After lunch the weather was changed, windy and rain..., felt very cold on the trail.

Fortunately the rain stopped when we arrived the base camp. But then, the animals in the base camp were so exciting, bulls started to fight, then donkeys follows. Such a good welcome show to us. The sky cleared in the evening, we have seen the magic moment, colors changed on the snow peaks.

I was really enjoyed up there, sitting on the hill, listen to the sound of the glacier and mountain - sound of the silence. After dark, it was freezing cold up there, especially to my feet - I was only wearing sandals. So we went to sleep at about 7:00pm, may be it was my record.
