The villagers here are the most friendly people that I have ever met. Surpriseingly they all can speak very good English, from Old to Children. And they are all open mind, unlike some other Muslims. In fact they are Ismailis
Walked to a small glacier lake in the morning, then hike up to the Pasu Glacier. The trail was a bit difficult to climb. At the glacier the weather seemed to change, we then followed the same way back.
Afternoon we walked the two suspension bridges near Pasu. the first was hard to find, took us about one and half hour. After crossed it, there was a long walk to the second one, two hours? I can't remember. We reached the second bridge just before dark - actually it was dark already, crossed it in the rain to a village close to the main road, found a minibus back to Pasu.
A tired long day...
